Changing a reservation.

Please cancel the reservation and make a reservation application again. For a guide on how to cancel a reservation click here.

Cancel reservation.

Click the 'For Reserved Customers' button at the top of the page.

Please enter the reservation number, ID and passwords as stated in the reservation completion mail.

Reservation Review

Reservation details and customer information are displayed.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please click the 'Reservation Cancellation Request' button.

Reservation Cancellation Request

We will send your request for reservation cancellation to the sales offices.
* If has not been canceled at this point. It will take time to correspond within business hours.

When the cancellation is completed, we will send a cancellation completion notice to the contact e-mail address.
