Please enter the reservation number, ID and passwords as stated in the reservation completion mail.
Reservation details and customer information are displayed.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please click the 'Reservation Cancellation Request' button.
We will send your request for reservation cancellation to the sales offices.

When the cancellation is completed, we will send a cancellation completion notice to the contact e-mail address.
