Our company recognizes the importance of personal information and strives to protect it thoroughly, to ensure proper handling and protection of personal information and to comply with the law on personal information in order to sustain the trust of our customers.

Our company retains personal information (name, address, data of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, work place, contracts, application form, questionnaire requested items etc) from customers.

1. General transportation business by railway business act and orbit act.
2. Car transportation business under the Road transport law.
3. Management of cafeterias, shop and inns.
4. Management of sightseeing, entertainment, sport facilities and parking lot.
5. Buying and selling land buildings, mediation of lease and construction industry.
6. Information guidance for domestic and overseas passengers under travel business law.
7. Any business incidental to the preceding items.
8. Provision of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary for attaining the purpose of use of (1) to (7) above.
9. Sales activities, after sales service and marketing (questionnaire etc.) activities by postal items, telephone, e-mail etc for providing information services of (1) to (7) above. Survey analysis of customer trend etc.

Information and service provision will be cancelled when there is a request from the person himself / herself.

We will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties unless it falls under any of the following cases.

1. When there is consent of the person himself or herself.
2. When disclosing and providing to cooperating companies, affiliated companies and outsourcing companies within the scope necessary for achieving the purposes of use. In this case, we will give guidance and supervision to ensure confidentiality agreement and proper management of information disclosed and provided.
3. When disclosing and providing information to delivery companies, for communication to customers or delivery of goods etc. In this case we will outsource only to businesses who obtained licenses and observe regulations stipulated by law and ordinances.
4. When disclosing and providing statistical data etc, in a state where the principal can not be identified.
5. When requested to disclose or provide information based on laws and ordinances.
6. When a credit card is used for transactions or payment of fees
   The following personal information listed below , collected by our company form costomers, may be porvided to the coutomer`s creadit card issuer for the purpose of fraud detection and prevention , as well as for the issuer`s identity verrifaction procedures.
   　Name, telephone number, email address and information related to the customer`s internet usage environment.
   If the card issuer used by the customer is located overseas, the relevent information may be transferred to the country where the issuer is based . As our company cannot identify, from the information collection from the customer, the specific card issuer or the country in which it is located, we are unable to ascertain or provide information regarding the following personal data proctection measures.
   • The name of the foreign country where the recipient is located
   • Information regarding the personal data protection system of the relevant country
   • The personal data protection measures implemented by the card issuer
   For reference, information regarding the personal information protection systems of various countries is available on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of japan (https://www.ppc.go.jp/).
   If the customer is minor, the use of the serivce shall be permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
7. In cases of emergency, when it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property.

Provisions to third parties will be stopped if there is a request from the principal.
